Information you share

Forms prepare a draft in your email app or Gmail. You review and send it yourself; the website does not store your responses. Your message may include contact details and information about an event, project, or lesson. Please leave out financial, identity-document, and health information.

How Charlie uses your information

Charlie uses Gmail to respond to inquiries and arrange bookings, projects, and lessons. Google processes email under its own privacy policy. Charlie does not sell your personal information or forward inquiries to others.

Lesson updates are optional. If you opt in, Charlie may email you about lessons, preview videos, or membership news. Reply to any update to unsubscribe.

Keeping and deleting emails

Inquiry emails have no fixed deletion schedule and may be kept indefinitely. To request access, a copy, correction, or deletion of your information, or to stop further contact, write to Perezcharlie777@gmail.com.

Requests are free and handled within 45 days. Identity verification may be needed. Records required for active bookings, taxes, or business recordkeeping may be retained.

Lessons and children’s privacy

Lessons are for adults aged 18 and over and are not recorded. Online lessons use an agreed video-call service under its own privacy terms. The site is not directed at children; inquiries identified as coming from children under 13 will be deleted.

Cookies and embedded media

There aren't any. This site doesn't set cookies, doesn't use analytics, doesn't carry advertising or tracking pixels, and runs no third-party scripts on its own pages. The fonts are even served from this site rather than fetched from Google. Which language you're reading is decided by the web address you're on (/es/ or /en/), so nothing has to be remembered about you. That's why there's no cookie pop-up.

The servers delivering this site process technical information, including your IP address, to provide the pages you request.

Apple Music and Spotify players connect to their providers when loaded. YouTube videos load when you press play; some preview images connect to Google beforehand. These services may receive IP addresses, browser and page information, and use cookies. Their own privacy policies apply, as do those of external sites you visit.
